About the Role

We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager who can help SUIND scale from a small founder-led team into a structured, high-performance organisation.

This role will own hiring coordination, onboarding, HR operations, employee documentation, basic policies, office administration and day-to-day people processes. Since SUIND is a hardware and field-operations company, the role will involve working with engineers, technicians, pilots, operations staff, finance, management and external vendors.

This is not a purely desk-based HR role. We need someone who is organised, practical, people-friendly and operationally strong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hiring coordination across technical, operations, manufacturing, finance, content and business roles.
  • Coordinate job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Support offer letters, joining formalities, employee documentation and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
  • Help create and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks and internal process documents.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, travel coordination and basic workplace requirements.
  • Support employee engagement, internal communication and culture-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate training records, especially for pilots, technicians and operations teams.
  • Support performance review cycles, feedback processes and internal reviews.
  • Work with leadership to ensure the team scales in a structured but startup-friendly way.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, people operations, admin or startup operations.
  • Experience handling recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good documentation and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable working with both white-collar and field/technical teams.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple operational tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office.
  • Practical understanding of payroll inputs, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

Good to Have

  • Experience in a startup, manufacturing company, hardware company, drone company or operations-heavy business.
  • Experience hiring technicians, engineers, pilots or field operations staff.
  • Basic knowledge of labour compliance, employment documentation and HR policies.
  • Comfort with HRMS tools or basic HR databases.
