If you are not eligible or do not agree to the Terms, then you may not access the Site. 

SUIND provides advanced drone technology and related platforms, including commercial and recreational drones for agriculture and environmental monitoring. Please understand that: 

  • Our commercial and recreational drones, along with other hardware and physical products, and the firmware within them (“SUIND Hardware”), and 
  • The software controlling the SUIND Hardware (“SUIND Software”), are not considered part of the Site. The specific terms and warranties applicable to SUIND Hardware and SUIND Software are included with those products. 

These Terms mandate that all disputes between you and SUIND will be resolved through BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO FORGO THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under these Terms, except for matters that may be addressed in small claims court. Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT by a judge or jury, and you cannot bring claims as a class action. Refer to Section 17 (“Dispute Resolution and Arbitration”) for details regarding your agreement to arbitrate any disputes with SUIND. 

1. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years of age to access the Site. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old, have not been previously suspended or removed from the Site, and that your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 

2. Accounts and Registration To access certain features of the Site, like participating in our online forums, you must register for a SUIND account. When registering, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. 

3. Purchases; Additional Terms Purchases of goods or services on the Site are subject to additional terms and conditions. You agree to abide by these terms, including the requirement that you be of legal age to use certain parts of the Site. 

4. User Content The Site allows users to upload content such as messages, reviews, photos, and videos (“User Content”). You retain all rights to your User Content but grant SUIND a non-exclusive license to use it. You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensure that it does not infringe on any rights or violate any laws. 

5. Using the Site You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited activities are described in Section 6. 

6. Prohibited Conduct You must not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including: 

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, 
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content, 
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site. 

7. Termination and Modification of the Site SUIND may modify or terminate your access to the Site without notice, at its sole discretion, if you violate any of these Terms. 

8. Privacy Policy and Additional Terms Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data. Additional terms may also apply to certain sections of the Site or to particular services offered on the Site. 

9. Modification of These Terms SUIND reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Site after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
